| Hello,
I moved out from my old appartment and started to look for the replacement tenant. I found at least a few candidates but my landlord claims, that they all changed their mind or where not solvent.
From one of those that changed his mind I know, that the landlord increased the price by approx. 5%.
I read, that if he will do that, I may stop looking for replacement.
Can I do it?
Do I need to prove it somehow?
I asked the candidates to send the forms directly to the landlord, so I don't have any copies.

Best regards

You need to find someone to take over on the existing terms, you only need 1 solvent person, then your off the hook. You need to point this out....
