Hi,

I hold EU B permit and have completed 2 years here, as we are double earner would it make sense to buy now or wait till one of us complete 5 years and get C permit? Interest rates are tempting specially CS offering fix 2.4% for 15 years but as EU on verse of collapse, is this right time to buy?

My advice: rent unless your job is safe for the (15y) duration of your loan... with EU about to disintegrate... Ehem.

PS: a 15y loan is exactly that, a contract for 15 years. Beware of the hughe penalties you run into if you need to sell before.
