Deposit

My flat has been sublet-ted and returned very dirty, with some furniture and electronic devices broken.

I am considering to send the pictures to the agency (even though the contract is between me and a third party) and ask them how much would they charge for that state?

WHAT would you do?
(P.S. the state is quite bad)
