Rights with the hot water

I've spoken to my management company about this before and they even sent someone out to check my washing machine was not plumbed incorrectly etc but still no joy.

The problem is that my hot water supply is really irregular, You do get hot water but it's temperature varies widly which means taking a shower is a new lesson in Irish swearing for my neighbours each day!

All the management company (Wincasa) ended up saying was that they knew there was a problem in the building but were not going to do much about it.

I'm thinking my next step would be to contact them once more (New person in charge of our building now) and then start talking to asloca.

What do you guys think?
