They are all crooks. Things to watch for: when getting a fixed price, they inflate the bill by promising eg 4 people to work on the job but then only 2 show up. When working by the hour, keep track of the hours they work and get them to sign the time sheet daily.

Buy your own paint and acryl because they charge triple for acryl than what Hornbach does.
