Looking for a house or big appartment to buy

We are currently owning a lovely appartment in Pully (Lausanne)150 sqm with big living room, terrace, garden, 3 bedrooms, garage- We would like to buy something a little bit bigger (house or appartment) with a living room of min 50 sqm ( high ceilings would be great) and 4 bedrooms in a nice area not too far from commodities. max price 1.4 millions.
