We would like to rent one of our underground parking places,
My question is can we make the contract like any standard contracts available or is it necessary to involve the '' the lawyer'' in such cases for making an official contract?

Why involve a lawyer? If the renter doesn't pay you go after him through the usual avenues. Most likely he will pay and he will always have to pay one month in hand so next to zero risk.

I had a look but couldn't find a document mentioned that was specific to renting out a car parking space.

Could you tell me how to find it?

I'm happy to pay their asking price, the prices are very reasonable.

Thanks for the quick reply, you are pretty helpful.
I asked my buddy nachbarn to print it off, as my all-in-one, printer, fax, scanner, water into winer, is still in England.

He had a look and recommended this doco instead, saying the two were very similar, but his more appropriate.

The rental form mentions, 8% Value Added Tax, but the lady I spoke to said VAT doesn't apply to parking spaces.

I'm confused.

I have to pay 400 for the spot, so if I charge her 400, do I have to make up the CHF32 VAT myself?

Ignore the VAT line.

Just put CHF400.- in the rent field, tick the monthly box and job's a good'en!
