Average Electricity, Gas & Water Cost in Baden

Hi All,

I have a small family (wife + 2 kids) and I am relocation to Baden soon.

Please I want to ask about the average monthly Electricy, Gas & Water Bill/Cost for our housing in Baden ? Just to have an idea about our expected monthly liability.

Please can you advise ?

Best regards,

Gas isn't much used here, but water and heating is usually included in your rental costs. To be honest I never looked too closely at my electricity bills, I think I pay a little more than I used to in the UK, but nothing significant.

Re: Average Electricity, Gas & Water Cost in Baden

Same amount as the length of a piece of string.....

1) appartement or house
2) size
3) how is the house heated
4) how is your hot water heated
4) do the kids need to change clothes 5 times per day still
5) cook at home or go out
6) do you water the garden
7) etc

too many variables but should be under Sfr1000.-- per month and could be as low as Sfr200.--, it all depends on how you live, whether you like to be hot, whether you leave the lights on, whether you leave the taps running to clean dishes

200 CHF electricity, other utilities are covered in your rental charges.

Does this means that I will pay only for electricity ? No payment for water, Heating. etc.. ?

Water and heating are included in the "additional costs" CHF 180.
