[seek] Blank apartment application forms

Does anyone know where to get a blank apartment application? I need to rent my apartment without going through an agency so I need my own applications.

Re: [seek] Blank apartment application forms

Hi,
I dont know exactly what form you need. If you are looking for an apartment, or to rent one out, I would suggest you go to the following link:

http://www.homegate.ch/homegate/index?layout=&agency=

This is a free on-line search engine for house/flat hunting in Switzerland. Application forms are usually supplied by the owner of a flat/house. There are no blank application forms for renting unless you are the owner of the flat. If you need a form in order to sublet a apartment you'll find it on the following website:

http://www.hev-shop.ch/(S(v4rc2n555xda2t55ipd4l045))/Default.aspx
(only in German)
Here you could order a blank a form for the cost of CHF4.00. The forms vary from Canton to Canton.

Should you need some more information, please feel free to ask.

Is it your apartment or are you planning to sublet?

Just make one using any old word processor.

Re: [seek] Blank apartment application forms

Assuming you own your appartment that you want to rent out: contact the "Hauseigentümerverband". They have all necessary forms and documents, but I think you'll have to pay for them unless you are a member.

If you don't own your appartment, I would think you'd have to ask the landlord first ? - who, in turn, would provide the forms for sub-letting if permitted...
