Estate Agent in Zürich

Hi All

Possible that someone has already asked this, but can anyone recommend a good agent to help me and the wife find a decent little house / new build flat to buy in Kanton Zürich?
Most of the Maklers I have seen on the web are concerned either with tiny regions of the canton, things they themselves have built, or extremely exclusive properties.
Remax seems very dissapointing, with very little to offer, Homegate etc. seems to advertise properties that could not be sold in any other way, many of the properties we have gone to see have had serious problems. I really get the feeling that I am missing a lot of good stuff.

Finally is it even worth paying the premium for such an agent?

All the best

Jim
