Renting from a real estate firm

Hello,
During my home hunting (in homegate), I've bumped into flats which are provided by real estate agencies. For example this one.
Do you have experience with such agencies? is there a catch (since they look nice and not so expensive)?
Thanks,
Ariel

IMHO, I'd prefer a company as my landlord to a private one

Me too, and if you go for a private landlord, to ask them how many times they have rented the apartment out. If they are new to the business, they are more likely to be overprotective and interfering...

Re: Renting from a real estate firm

oh.. I didn't thought about the way they are catching this. Good point.
Does anybody have experience with the apartments? Although they are located in relatively good places, they remind a slam. In addition, they are less expensive from the "private" flats, which makes me even more suspicious. Do I have to pay them some kind of a comission?

Cheers,
Ariel
