Disposal of grass cuttings

I have approx 4 large green (compostable) bags full of grass cuttings for disposal, which I left outside the front of our house. Local collection for green waste is Tuesday, according to my gemeinde, but the bags have sat there for 2 weeks now without being collected, although I have seen the waste lorry around town today. So, do I need stickers for these bags the same as for my ordinary rubbish? Or a special bin?
Sorry if this has been raised before but I searched and could not find this specific info, although plenty about what you can put in a green bin.

Re: Disposal of grass cuttings

According to your municipality (PDF) you have to prepare the compost in bins by 6:45 on Tuesday mornings, and like you guessed some "fee ribbons" are required.

1 ribbon (2.40 Fr.) for buckets/containers up to 80 litres and bunches up to 15kg
2 ribbons for containers up to 140l
4 ribbons for containers up to 240l
6 ribbons for containers up to 360l
1 container ribbon (24 Fr.) for larger containers

They don't state where to buy these ribbons, I'd ask at the post office, shop where you get the rubbish bags, or call the provided phone number.

A quick look at the trash disposal rules on the Egg Gemeinde website shows that you are going to need to buy some special tags(Gebührenbändel) for you bags. The number of stickers depends on the volume capacity of the bags. You can buy them from the post office, gemeinde, migros, volg etc.

Edit - I'm too slow....
