Morning everyone,

Does anyone know how easy (!!) it is to find an apartment in Zurich or surrounding area when you're not fluent in German. I do have friends, both English and Swiss, who obviously speak German who may be able to help.

When I first arrived in Switzerland a relocation company was asigned to help, but I now find myself in a 'new' situation and would have to find one on my own!

Any advice would be great, thanks very mich indeed!

Not sure if you tried homegate.ch or http://www.anzeiger.ch/.
For furnished ums.ch could be another good option. They have english speaking staff to help you. Also check with wincasa agency.
I do not understand German but could search thru this with help from the transalation sites ;-). Yes to get a rent of choice is tuff.
