Apartment Notice

We are going to move in July and need to give notice on our apartment at the end of this month. I'm guessing the letter we have to provide to the landlord needs to be in his/her mother tongue, but I am unsure if there is anything specific that has to be put in the letter.

I’m guessing we just need to state that we are giving our notice and will leave at the end of June etc. Has anyone on here had any problems with giving notice on their apartments????

Re: Apartment Notice

Hello Thirsty,

You can find here a few samples of notice letters in German language, as well as as check lists:
http://www.mieterverband.ch/zh_musterbriefe.0.html

It is available in German language only.

Hope this helps,

Lucy
