Looking for ground floor apartment not too far from Zurich

I am looking for a ground floor apartment or small house. Most important is that it has a garden and is not too far from Zurich and Winterthur. We have a budget of around chf2000.

We look regularly on the main websites but though maybe one of you might know of a place which you could recommend.
