Just wanted to get a feeling for what is average for nebenkosten if you own your own apartment. Last apartment i viewed was 250 chf. Stupidly, I forgot to ask what this is at other apartments i viewed.

if you own your own apartment and the apartment has a hauswartsdienst or a gardener who takes care of the lawn then those costs will be added too...we are looking for a property to buy here in Bern and we always look at the nebenkosten which can vary from apartment to apartment. One apartment said like 600 Sfr per months with heating, warm water, gardener, hauswartdienst.....

Thanks. So 250 .- is probably reasonable.

It is 0.5-1% of the cost of the Apartment (depending on the services)
