Validity of a leasing contract

Hey-

I saw an apartment, liked it and signed it. Now, I am having doubts about the place as it is next to Friedhof and I think I ended up overpaying in my restlessness to close out something quick.

I haven't paid the deposit yet. Can I come out of the contract, apologise and go on with life?
