Good electrician in Zurich

Hello everybody,
do you know where I can find a good (or even bad ) electrician in Zurich? I searched the web and found only big companies for building implants from scratch, apparently.
I also called the number written on the electricity box, Buob-Eggler-AG, but the number doesn't exist at all!!! Do you have the same company?
I live near Milchbuck.

=== Maybe you can also try to solve my problem ===
I heard some weird noise coming from the lamp on the roof and suddenly two sockets stopped working. Now, I've tried with the little screwdriver for phase probing, and found that both Phase and Neutral have phase! This means that there is some contact somewhere in the line, and it's not a died bulb. I've also realized that on the lamp hole in the roof there are to OPEN wires (!) exibiting the same behaviour, phase on both terminals. In the end I'm sure these two wires caused the problem but now how to fix it? Any suggestion?

Thank you and have a nice day,
FELA

Re: Good electrician in Zurich

== UPDATE ==
- I did the wrong number
- They answered and in 10 minutes time they called me back for an appointment
- The guy came in the afternoon and fixed everything in 5 minutes

The problem was: neutral cables (yellow) have to be connected ALL. The lamp on the roof was ok but the other yellow cable HAS to be connected together. That means TWO yellow cables go to the lamp, and of course one red cable (the live phase). I feel so stupid in not havein realized the problem! I tried... And I was SOOO close to the solution!

They will send me the bill. It will be around 120chf.
Who pays? Maybe me, since the problem is not due to the (VERY) old cables in there, is only a problem of how the lamp was connected. Actually, the lamp was well connected but the wire got disconnected after some time.

What I learnt? I will resign my job and start doing the electrician.

I will post the price.

Bye and have Joyful Christmas

Re: Good electrician in Zurich

Did you install the lights yourself (or get someone else to), i.e. after you signed the lease?

If so -- you pay.

If not -- your landlord pays. BUT ...

... there may be a clause in your lease requiring you to pay the first couple of hundred francs of each and every repair bill. In this case, your landlord will want you to pay. BUT ...

... I would argue that this wasn't a repair issue, it was a structural defect in the building and therefore the landlord should pay.

This should keep you amused through to February.

Re: Good electrician in Zurich

uhm... That happened with the lamp that was mounted. After the problem I also changed the lamp but hey I can mount the old back!

In any case I think I have to pay by myself. Is an "ordinary fix" and not "extraordinary" or "structural". I will check the contract.

Thanks for the reply.
