Searching real estate lawer in Zurich

I have signed an agreement with a real estate agent to reserve a flat in the building to be built. They now tell me the price has gone higher and that I can quit the project and get my money back or agree with the higher price.
I find that is against the original agreement where the price was indicated.
Any help is appreciated, I think a lawyer will have to get involved.

Thank you.

Was this a rhetorical question? I mean you answered it yourself - go see a lawyer. The content of the original agreement will be of great importance but you need legal advice.

I think by the title of the thread, OP is actually asking for a recommendation for a real estate lawyer...I can't help you with this, but I am sure that someone on the forum will be able to make a suggestion.

I think you're right. Sorry. Here's one.

Our house architect recommended him. Not used him personally though.

Re: Searching real estate lawer in Zurich

Hello Sinclair,

I can recommend http://www.wenger-plattner.ch/english/en_lawyer_partner_sahli.htm I have used them twice, it could be expensive depending on how much you need them to do. They charge by the hour and for phone calls/email.
They can also translate any German documentation etc that you may not understand, even if German is your mother tongue I’m not sure I would have understood mine even if it had been in English (it’s all that technical jargon).

Good luck
