Have tried searching and not found a thread containing them, so apologies in advance if i have missed anything.

I am about to accept an apartment offer from AW Apartments und Wohnungen...does anyone have any experience with them, be it positive or negative?

No, sorry. Just make sure you are super vigilent with the state of the place on handover: scratches, marks, stains, broken or wonky fixtures and fittings, shutters etc. Make a note, snap a picture and get back to them with any issues asap.

not sure about the company, not dealt with them. Dont stress too much but also know you have 2 weeks after you move in to bring up problems or damage etc to them.

Usually the bigger companies are reasonable. It's often the private landlords that are buggers when moving out.

Well AW seem to be quite helpful and quite keen to keep onside.
