I have received some information from EWZ in the mail and I am trying my best to understand what it says – I think it talks about electricity choices? i.e. mixpower, naturpower, solartop and okopower.

I have just moved recently, not too familiar with the electricity bill, so not sure which one I should choose.

Does anyone use EWZ? And which one is a better choice in terms of low cost?

If I have got the correct mailing that you have been sent it will be all about choosing what electricity type you would like to receive. Variations being water powered / solar powered / nuclear / waste burnt energy and various mixes of those etc. Prices will be specified against each selection and your choice will be dependent on how eco friendly etc you are (it is personal preference or bill paying abilities that come into play so it is hard for people to tell you what you should have).

I ended up not electing anything specific as I found the default selection suitable - this will be highlighted in bold on your letter on the first page if we had the same form.

If you are happy with the default choice then you don't need to send the form back. Charges will be highlighted for each variation of energy on the form. If you are not happy with default you need to inform them what electricity you want to be provided with by signing and filling out the form.
