Hello all
I have a problem with my health insurance. They had forgotten to send me bills from 2007 to 2010, and consequently (and part of my fault for not paying attention to what is missing to be paid

) now they just sent me a bunch of bills for a huge amount of money to be paid before 31/12/2010!!!

I am so used to receiving bills and pay them online or having them automatically paid that I overlooked the health insurance. Moreover, I have good health so I never had to deal with them so I could realize they haven't sent the bills.
For sure they will say "you have to pay what you owe now" and it is my interest to rectify this situation, but I find it unfair because is partly their job to send the bills. Before contacting them next week, I wanted to know whether someone had a similar experience or if there is any sort of customer office where I could inform myself what the regulations say.
