Hello everyone

There is no response since I send the claimform to swisscare 3 weeks ago. There is also no reply to my email. It's about 2000CHF. Do you think swisscare will give me the money back? I'm very annoied. And what should I do ?

Hello you alone,

As we are not Swisscare and have no information about your claim nor have we a copy of your insurance policy, the only correct answer is maybe yes, maybe no.

3 weeks is not so long by the way.

hello - swisscare just reimbursed me for two invoices (~250 CHF). it took about 3 weeks. so they do exist...

i submit a lot of paperwork originally (including print out of bank payment).... perhaps give them a call?

I still didn't get my money (about 2000CHF) back, it was about 4 months since I submit claim form. I also called the company several times, it was always under investigating. What can I do now?
