Hi All,

I need to appoint an Arbitrator with regards to an insurance dispute. The insurance company are requesting that I produce a list of Arbitrators so they can approve one for the Arbitration.

Does anybody have any ideas how I go about this or recommendations, costs etc as i seem to be going round in circles ?

I will be writing the document needed for Arbitration in English so will need somebody who can work with this.

Thanks but I don't think this is exactly what i am looking for . The reason for arbitration is a bit confusing. I need an Arbitrator that makes a legal decision of which I will have to pay the first cost.

I need it to arbitrate a disput with a legal protection insurance (which is attached to my medical insurance). The insurance do not want to continue funding a legal case on my behalf. At this point I have the right to go to arbitration to win back my funding to continue my legal case.

Yes, sorry I deleted the post as the information was wrong. The Ombudsman don't do arbitration.

Arbitration (Schlichtung) is done by justice of the peace (Friedensrichter). This is normally done before you go to court to solve the matter in a peaceful way.

On the "MediatorInnen" tab you can search by specialty and insurance is one of those specialties.
