Hi,
During the pregnancy, do the doctor visits ( for the normal regular checkups) fall into the franchise category of your health insurance ? . I asked my insurance and they replied back with lots of terms and conditions all written in french and I do not know what to make of it.If someone has any link clarifying this it would be great.

The pregnancy does not count against the franchise. However, if you need any treatment for an illness during the pregnancy then the cost of the illness does count.
