Looking for 2.5 to 3 Room Apartment in Zurich City
Hi,

I am looking for 2,5 to 3 room apartment in Zurich City.

In Zurich Areas:
8001 (ZH old town), 8002 (Enge area), 8008 Seefeld, 8007 (near/around Kreuzplatz, Römerhof), 8004 (around Stauffacher), 8006 (Schaffhauserplatz), near/around the University, near/around Kunsthaus

Rent: Maximum 3000.- CHF/month
Size: minimum 2.5 to 3 rooms (minimum 60 sq/m)
Parquet or tile floors
Ideally renovated within the last 10 years
Ideally with a balcony

I am flexible regarding the moving day anytime from 1st September 2011 to 1st November 2011.
I would be wiling to buy some furniture from the leaver of the apartment.

Paying too much taxes? Offer: 3.5 room in Wollerau
