Health Insurance

Is there any insurance company which can provide me with a good deal at cheaper rate. I currently have one basic insurance from Mutuel group that costs me around 200 CHF which is kind of waste of money for me as i hadnt visited any doctor so far over my last 4 years of stay in zurich.
