I'm in Switzerland for a few time and I need to make the health insurance for me, my wife and my dughter that will born in August.

What is the best option/company?
It seem a bit confused for me

I also will bring my car form Portugal to here, I think that I don't have to pay any tax because I allready payed a big one wen I bought the car in Portugal.

And about the car insurance, what is the average price? What's the best option?

That's quite an open ended list of questions that is dependant on a whole load of facts...

As far as the car tax is concerned it would depend how long you've owned it for. i.e under 6 months?

Try comparis.ch for price comparisons of both health and car insurance, but be a little cautious, they're not quite as neutral as they make out to be. However it's a good place to start.
As far as your car is concerned, include it in the inventory of goods you're bringing into Swtzerland. If it isn't new you won't have any import tax to pay. There is a fair amount of paperwork to get the car imported and registered though.
