Reimbursement received but no idea why…

Can anyone shed any light on this? We have received a reimbursement into our account and we have not made a claim. It says: remboursement de primes l'art' period 1/1/2015 to 31/12/2015

We haven't made any claims.....

I have emailed my insurance lady but wondered if anybody knew in the meantime while I waited for her response....

Most likely this: Overpaid/underpaid insurance

That's a nice surprise especially since you probably weren't even living here for most (in fact all) of the time covered but it is the place of residence on 1st January this year that counts.

Re: Reimbursement received but no idea why…

If you are lucky enough to live in the right canton you receive your part back under art 106 KVG. Some unlucky ones don't receive anything back, or even have to pay more.
Enjoy the credit! Just got my CHF 100 too from SWICA

Princely indeed. I got my 18.50 yesterday.

Shouldn't have moved from Zurich to Zug for those taxes... I knew there'd be a downside somewhere!
