COMPLIMENTARY : Given free to repay a favour or as an act of courtesy, eg complimentary copies of the new book.
COMPLETMENTARY :
1. Forming or serving as a complement; completing.
2. Supplying mutual needs or offsetting mutual lacks.
I think you mean complementary (as in supplementary) so from your previous post using the words complimentary, Sandgrounder thinking it was free was a fair assumption to make.
I have (almost) been caught out by this, and extra 30% premium for some extras I didnt want. I almost paid it, but he was stupid enough to phone me up to expedite, and I took the opportunity to find out what it was.
I have no idea of your best course of action, but what I would do (have just finished a year long battle with an insurer) do everything signed-delivery (5chf/letter)

| Its certainly not free.. otherwise I wouldnt be complaining
Is that true I can cancel in November?.. But if I go with another provider, I still have to keep the complimentary insurance from CSS? | |
