Of course they are. I've heard Concordia is and so is CSS (don't know the other two). Try checking out comparis.ch this might help you get an idea.

I've heard there's a really good insurance expert on the forum. Her name is Jenny and she's often referred to. Maybe you can send her a pm ?

I've been with KPT for a few years, and have always been happy with their service - would recommend them to anyone. However, I am thinking about changing to another company because it will save me over 50chf per month on the basic package. Will stay with them for the additional insurance though.

I am with KPT for 2 years. They are okay in general, only that it is not very transparent the way the pay your bills. You get sometimes some money in your bank account but you have no idea for which of the bills they are. For seeing that, you have to go online and spent about half an hour to read all bills and they way they pay. It also happened that they are late with the payment (more than 4 weeks to see a bill accounted in your list). I am honestly thinking to change to another insurance company.

My experience is that the CSS is always messing up the bills. Their system , I do not know, but always generates some wrong bills and send to me.
