So each commune has a pensions specialist? So I just need to email my gemande and ask for a name? Could they explain to me all the rules and regulations with the bilateral agreements.
In your commune is a person whom is responsible for advising you about your AHV questions. He or she doesn't have a degree in political science, and as I explained you don't need to know about all the bi-lateral agreements, you just need to ask "How do I get the pension?"

I only retired last May so I would say I was treated under the present rules. Are there to be newer rules? And if so when?
