they asked me if I was insured with company xxx (usual suspects, I am afraid!!!) and that their request does not make sense as you do not have a number if you do not work... and a 2 year old is supposed not to!
So I contacted xxx...

| We are insured with a certain Swiss insurance company
...
I wonder if this is a problem with the insurance company as when we were insured by another Swiss company last year we all got cards. Only these cards did not have a microchip. | |

I could be very wrong, but isn't one of the points of a Forum like EF to share useful information (even if it's naming-and-shaming) rather than just cryptic
xxxs and "
certain"s?
It really doesn't make sense to me to ask for help regarding
xxx, whilst not providing the name of the real
xxx so that others (who may or may not be the ones trying to assist) may be warned that
xxx could be a pain if you have young children, so go with someone like
Sanitas
Give to as well as take from EF, as it were... Or am I just very old-fashioned, and behind the times?
