Taking your insurance company to court

I am considering suing my motor insurer, has anybody done this, or have any guidance on the civil court process in CH?

I assume there is a small claims court, the amount is question is a little over CHF 20,000 so I am guessing this would not qualify.

Obviously I will take legal advice, at this stage I'm trying to find out a bit more about how the whole process might work.

Thanks in advance for any info!
