RC - Resp.Civile [Liability insurance]

Hello,
I'd like some opinions on the following scenario:

Man (me) and wife renting an apartment.

Man has an atelier, wife has a small shop, both are insured as such, not as a domicile. The apartment is covered for damages and contents. There is a total of 3 policies.

All 3 have RC rolled into them, which, I understand, is normal in Switzerland when a policy is issued. Two policies are by the same insurance agency.

Is the RC for the individuals paid through the apartment policy sufficient in the context it applies to the individual(s) not the buildings/businesses?

After a discussion in my French class this morning, it would appear so we have waaaaaaaay too much RC going on in our house.

Thx,
J

I think it is:

DE Haftpflichtversicherung
FR Assurance responsabilité civile
EN Liability Insurance

Yes - thanks for the translation. I will remember the "rosti grabben" in future posts.
