What Health insurance to choose?

Hi everyone,

I will be in Switzerland soon and will have to choose a healthinsurance.
I am used to my HMO Kaiser Permanente which have theire own Hospitals and Medical offices. I don't ever have to pay the Doctor for my treatment just a $ 20.00 copay at my appointment.
Is there a Healthinsurance where the Doctor will bill them and not me?

I use Sanitas... All I received was a bill for the excess/'franchise'
