Unbelievable but its happened again, the third stage collapse in North America within a 4 week period..!!

Only this time it was deadly with 4 deaths reported so far.

Stage collapse at Indiana State Fair kills at least 4

August 14, Indiana: Sugarland concert

August 8, Tulsa: The Flaming Lips concert

July 18, Ottawa: Cheap Trick concert
