Yup, according to CNN, police are asking for anyone who might have seen a horse and buggy parked overnight at Jefferson and 2nd to come forward.

I've already volunteered myself for witness protection duty...

Well, actually it was a hand-delivered, hand-written letter asking me to delete all my files myself, write twenty copies of the letter and give them to friends or colleagues
