| A few points:
1. Most of the africans are not refugees but immigrants.
2. Almost none are shot by Israelis, as they do not pose a threat to the soldiers. the smugglers take them to a pont then tell them to go towards the lights on the road or Eilat.
3. Israel is currently building a fence to stop the smuggling (people, weapons, drugs).
4. It's a shame that Egypt is not promoting peace, but rather spies on it's people who visit Israel. | |

1) they are immigrants to Israel and emigrants from their home-countries
2) those who get shot are shot by Egyptian soldiers, but also bad is how many get treated by locals in the el-Arish Directorate
3) Israel is building a fence, alright, the USA has been doing so on the RioGrande-California line for decades, Europe tries to ward off the migrants by increased Naval controls, but people who are ready to take the risks and the pains and the terror to get by feet from Black Africa to the Mediterranean are ready to try to overcome even the last hurdles and the last hindrances
4) all countries spy on its people who visit certain countries. Switzerland did so during the cold war about people who visited Comecon countries and Egypt does do so during the cold peace about people ................
