Simple for a court to check - just call for copies of the cctv from outside the examination room, to see if a) it was done in 11 minutes and b) a medical officer came in to treat her.
Once those two basic facts are checked, then they can discuss other claims.
On the other hand why would any person, regardless of age, be beyond the need to be checked for dangerous items hidden about their body? Even if she couldn't use a weapon, she could carry it on board for somebody else ... if they stop checking 85-year-olds, then all terrorists will recruit their grandmothers to bring weapons on board.
