Sad indeed.
US bank rolling the dictator, his army and ISI is screwing up an already very unstable country.

you beat me to it posting this! I am very concerned about the nuclear aspect.

According to: http://www.rediff.com/news/2007/dec/28raman.htm
Most jihadi terrorist strikes anywhere in the world have a Pakistani connection. The Hizbut Tehrir, a pro-Jihadi organisation originated in the UK, where it recruited the young and intelligent. Since 2000, Pakistani intelligence has been unable to root out HT in the Pakistani armed forces.
Whoever was responsible for killing her (Bhutto) could not have done it without inside complicity… If Al Qaeda already has sleeper cells in the GHQ, there is an equal danger that it already has sleeper cells inside Pakistan's nuclear establishment too... Musharraf is either knowingly dishonest or is living in a make-believe world, where he is unaware of the ground realities.
I think that the US/Pakistan needs to sort out what is happening in Baluchistan.
