In English languages and nationalities are capitalised, both when used as nouns and when used as adjectives (except for expressions like "french fries").
doing that doesn't make sense to me... therefore i shall write all nationalities and adjectives with small letters...

Here is an opportunity to learn about the Tatars, look here.
i don't have to know everything about crimean tatars, this is a very small group and it will find it's way through life one way or another, like other ethnical groups on russian territory

if you think, you have to know everything about them - please do

all i can say is, that if they suffer so much to be within the Russian Federation now - they should ask for referendum for their sovereignty, or join Turkey or whoever they want. I think Russia can live with that.

Russia claims to always stand for the will of people, so it should in every case...
however, at the moment, crimean tatars really want to be with Russia rather then Turkey, if they don't want syrian kurds together with ISIS terrorists all over the place...

wouldn't be surprised, that, that would be 1st concern of Russia in case of such referendum too... together with the turkish NATO bases factor;

so, if today Russia would be against crimean tatar independence referendum, it wouldn't be bcs it bloody couldn't stand the idea itself, but just bcs it would be ex malis eligere minima

I suppose the Crimean Tatars would settle for the Russians stopping murdering them one by one and to allow their leaders to come back to their homes in the Crimea.

Grammar does not have to make sense; there are just rules you have to follow. If you think English Grammar is complex then try German!

Take Russian as an example; there seem to be practically no rules about where the stress on a syllable goes and corresponding accents are not written.
Some words can be spelled exactly the same but mean totally different things.
For example, plachU, I'm paying, and plAchu, I'm crying

Does that make sense to you?

i don't need Putin's support so far - well, not with going against english grammar. I think, we can settle this within this forum ( i hope i don't have to write the word "forum" with a capital F ).
if some may find comfort in me saying , that i keep disrespecting also grammar rules in russian language when they don't seem to make sense - i annouce, that I do...

AFAIK, nobody called Snowden a journalist. He does, however, fit into the broader category of "Wikileaks, Snowden, countless blogs and other whistleblowers."

Why do you always feel compelled to comment things you have no clue about?

Do you know what is the popular support of Kadyrov among Chechen population?
