Safe to eat red meat?

According to the ft today here the WHO ignored the results of major clinical studies on 50,000 people showing no cancer risk when issuing their cancer warning.

Another WHO study showed that most people die within 100 years of the birth.
It is advised for babies to stay in the mother's belly as long as possible to reduce this risk.

Re: Safe to eat red meat?

The wife of a friend is a very experienced throat/mouth cancer researcher in Canada. She said that her studies have shown that there is a much higher incidence of cancer on those who consume red meat everyday, but the incidence on those who eat red meat a few times per week is almost the same as on those who do not eat red meat at all.

I love beef but most of the time I eat only fish so I guess I can have my bloody "vacío" once and while.

I can also show you studies that vegetarians have higher rates of colo-rectal cancer.

I was with a chinese friend at a korean health spa, in lots of very hot water. I asked him what chinese health spas are like and he said, "oh, in China, we don't do spas. They say it is very unhealthy, causes diseases and health problems.". We figure if everyone in china decided to waste all that hot water in health spas, there would be serious energy and environmental problems, hence the "they say".
