It's a start.
I would really like to see someone stand trail for Abu Ghraib. It is the most damaging and expensive act throughout the whole "terrorist" war they are waging. Also, the legalities of Guantanamo Bay and international torture-swap service really needs to be tested.
Will the US really be just enough to put a former president, and his whole cadre, on trail? What have they to fear if they are innocent until proven guilty? Why wouldn't anyone want to see this take place?

Though I understand misbehaviour in Abu-gharib, Guantanamo,... but I wonder those who complain and shout days and night about it, were where, when psyco. crazy guys like Saddam and his sons were torturing and killing,... millions and all mass graves, genocide aaginst Kurds, Sias, Iranians, Kuwaitis, opposition,

....?!
Which one desrved more attention? tell me pls. without getting me wrong.
Unfortunately world was almost silent to massacres happend during late 70s to 90, but huge noise about a few terrorists being misbehaved in a jail.
