FYI for US Citizens who plan to vote in the primaries, an interesting article from the IHT:

For Democratic overseas voters, as an alternative to voting absentee in your home state, one may now vote in the on-line global Democratic presidential primary. Democrats Abroad will be sending their own delegates to the convention, so if you vote on-line your vote will go towards these delegates and not to your home state delegation.
It should be noted that you may only vote once - if you vote via the on-line primary you many not vote for the presidential primary in your home state. You may, however, vote for other offices in your home state if as an overseas voter you are normally allowed to do so. See:

The Republican party does not have an on-line voting program, but the organization Republicans Abroad supports overseas voter registration. If you wish to vote in the Republican primaries you need to register in your home state. See:

Whatever your political affiliation, no matter which candidate you support - please vote. There are millions of us living abroad - our voices should be heard.
