No shortage of Internationals in the Vevey/Lausanne area, you might want to try joining the Lausanne contact list so you get advanced notice of what has been arranged for those of us in this area.

Not sure about Swedes, I know of a couple working with me here in Bussigny, and plenty of Finns about, including my girlfriend who will be out here in a couple of weeks. But then you know what the Finns say about the Swedes

There are quite a few Scandinavians in Suisse Romande... Having an old Saab 900 has been quite a good way to find them, thanks to the Geneva Area Saab Enthusiasts (http://mbjork.web.cern.ch/mbjork/gase/)!! The whole area is very international, but since I live the other side of Geneva, I don't know much about what's going on in the Lausanne area.
