New in Morges

Hello everyone,

I just moved to Morges and love it so far but could do with meeting some people!! Anyone keen to meet up for a chat? or know about social events for expats/locals?

I'm into running, hiking, yoga, I also like taking dance classes and anything that's fun!

Hello there and welcome. We got a book club going on there, I'm sure if you organize something else, it will pick up, we will join. I am into mushroom picking, painting, hiking, needle work and culinary stuff. And some crazy muzzak.

It might be useful to give a bit more information about yourself. You might have better results in connecting with someone. For example where are you from, are you male or female etc. etc.

Bookclub is fun! I've only been once, but we had a good time

I don't know of any yoga studios in Morges (I wish). I practice solo. There are some good studios though in Lausanne if you are interested.

Unfortunately I live a couple of hours away but there are quite a few of us around as well as heaps of Aussie's so it won't take you to long to settle in and to have a chin wag with someone.

Argh. I don't remember you ever mentioning that you were into mushroom picking. My daughter loved the local mushrooms when we lived there.

Oh, and to the OP. welcome to Morges, even though I don't live in la Suisse anymore. It is nice, if not somewhat culturally isolated sometimes.

I know this thread is a year old now but i just moved to Morges and i would def like to meet new people around. And i love hiking/running/yoga/swimming/skiing!
