Hello all,
I am a 20 years old girl, who will be shortly moving to Geneva to study. Originally from Hong Kong, I am now selling my soul at law school in Sydney with the hopes of becoming an international lawyer one day, so I can do all sorts of fluffy stuff to redeem myself, like fight for justice, equality, save refugees…that kind of thing. (Yes, I am young and naïve and know not the true wicked ways of the world.)
This forum has been so useful to browse over the past month and I simply can’t wait to live in Switzerland! I certainly hope the stereotype of Swiss people speaking French really slowly is true. I don’t even know what brown sugar looks like, so that wouldn’t be a problem at all. I’ve also been winning staring contests since the age of 5, so public transport etiquette should be a piece of cake.
In any case, should any Swiss fortunes/misfortunes befall me, I definitely know where to turn to!
Best wishes and Bonne Pâque, everyone.
