Hello I am new here

Hello everyone!

Married, no kids. Am here due to my hubby's new job.

Got here in August.
Currently I found that I lost my DVD selections. Frustrating!!! I carried from London in order to safeguard them but unfortunately I lost somewhere on the way here. Yehh 3 times moving, don't know where I lost....

I don't speak good German, attended Goethe Institute in London(excellent!!) for 3months and one month in Alphasprachstudio (not so good!! I had no luck with teacher^^; so I didn't continue) in Zurich. Finished at A2 second stage.

I think this will do for today.

Good day to all!!

Welcome to the forum.

And I feel your pain about losing your DVD selection.
Don't mind me asking but, weren't you guarding them with your life ?

Hi and welcome. I can tell you where all the good Korean restaurants are, plus the only Korean food store in Zurich. Better to make it at home as restaurants here will break you.

Re: Hello I am new here

Thx everyone for the message!!! I tried Korean restaurant in Zurich. Was good. Called Korean Pavillion. Been there twice. Had a course menu. Good value for money.

But I have to confess(kind of), I am a good cook. Hahahahahahaha at least my hubby and people who tried my food said so. I humbly deny though.

In few weeks time, I will have dinner with other family members who live above n below us. They never tried Korean food before. For that dinner, I bought some ingredient when I went to Germany. I know there is a Korean supermarket near Zurich main station. But it was rather small. So I ordered sth I couldn't get hold of.

Next time I will let u know how the dinner thing went.

Bibimbap is easy to make. The impotant ingredient for this is Chill pepper sauce. Then, the rest of ingredient you can get from any supermarket. For examplae, diced beef, onion, mushroom and egg etc. You can add your choice of veg.
