My wife and I just arrived in Zurich 2 weeks ago moving over from Pittsburgh PA. Looking forward to becoming a member of the community as the forum has already answered so many of the simple questions I have had since the move ("Why is all the milk not refrigerated?", "Did I just get a ticket on the train?", etc.)

Welcome, I hope you like it here! I'm from Pittsburgh myself. My husband and I have just relocated from Bern to Winterthur, which is a bit like the 'burgh....a former industrial center. And the rolling hills right around Winti are a bit like SW PA. But of course it's quite different here. Anyway, enjoy!

Welcome to Zurich. My wife and I are both originally from the Youngstown area and were previously living in Cleveland before moving here.
